Ceramic Sleeves

Ceramic sleeves are commonly used in the textile, thermal, electrical, and mechanical industries, as they function excellently in environments that are subject to extreme conditions. Their detached properties ensure that they are used in optical adapters and to produce cables, tubes, and pipes. The robust nature of yarns is particularly compatible with sleeves.

If fiberglass is mixed in with the yarn, it adds to the smoothness of hand ability during installation. Types of ceramic sleeves include fiber sleeves, as well as microfilament sleeves. Usually, sleeves are inert to solids such as acids and alkalis.

Anoop Ceramics' sleeves are made from both Alumina and zirconia. We use zirconia-toughened Alumina to add strength to the sleeves. Zirconia-toughened Alumina is a composite material with grains of zirconia scattered in the alumina matrix. The mix lends itself to high density, toughness, biocompatibility, and stability at high temperatures. They will be particularly suited to pumping and electrical applications and will stand firm in the face of fluctuating temperatures. We manufacture our sleeves based on customer's needs and the strength of the apparatus with which they will be working. We build our jackets to suit a variety of needs.
